By using this website and engaging Gomez Pool & Spa Services for service, you agree to these terms.

Service estimates

Estimates are provided in good faith based on the information you share. Final pricing may vary if conditions on site differ materially from what was described.

Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations of scheduled services so we can adjust our routes.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Limitation of liability

We carry insurance and stand behind our work. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing equipment failures, structural pool issues we are not contracted to address, or events outside our control.
